Eating right is very important for our health in general. It can do wonders to your hair as well. As we know hair is very important to our outlook as young and vibrant. Vitamins:

Eating Meat, fish, egg, beans, milk, cheese, will provide you with the protein necessary for healthy hair.

Other things:
Eating diet rich in minerals like Magnesium, selenium, sulfur, silica and zinc are also great for healthy hair. These products are the basic components of many hair care products available in the market.

Eating rice, oats, lettuce, parsnips, asparagus, onion, strawberry, cabbage and other green leafy vegetables will provide you with minerals essential for hair health.
