Hair loss is one of the most common skin problems in the world. The reason behind hair loss are many from heredity to side effects of different drugs. The problem with hair loss is when you start noticing the hair thinning the damage is almost done. There are certain things that you can do however to stop further thinning and getting completely bald. These include watching your diet and stopping certain practices that may lead to hair loss.

Stress:
Stress has been seen as a major cause of hair loss. If you are pushing yourself to hard in your work you should tone it down abit and spend some time in relieving yourself with stress with yoga or a run. Getting adequate sleep might also prove crucial.

Eating Healthy:
Avoiding trans fat in your diet can be crucial when it comes to hair loss. Studies indicate that hair loss can be caused by eating too much trans fat. Eating healthy food might be the key toward a healthy mane of hair.

Chemicals:
Chemicals used in Dyeing, coloring and straightening can lead to hair damage and hair loss. You should avoid using them and if you must use organic products. Also choose a shampoo that is organic as harsh chemical shampoos can severely damage your hair.

Drugs:
Certain drugs can also cause hair loss as a side effect. If this is the case you should check up with your doctor and ask for a replacement.

Doing the above things coupled with using hair oil and scalp massage might slow don the process of you getting completely bald very early in your life.
